THE PROCESS

Measuring on location

At first, the account manager visited Club Munch with the designer, Kenneth Jaworski of Como Park Studio, to get inspired and to check out what was possible. Thereafter, our project manager went to the club to record and measure everything to be able to make a perfect technical design. In the design he took into account the corners, depth differences and, for example, where the power supplies and cables had to go.

The greatest challenge

The greatest challenge for this project was to follow the idea of the designer. Usually, only the lighting itself is designed, but in reality a lot more had to be taken into account. For example, it was a challenging task to cover up the cabling for the DiGi tubes above the bar. Eventually, the end result still turned out to be fantastic!

Partly plug & play, partly on location

This project included a lot of different facets. We prepared a part of these facets according to our plug & play policy in our own workshop. Think, for example, of the DJ booth and the logos. On location, these only had to be installed and programmed. We couldn't prepare other facets like the LED lines beforehand. Therefore we customized these on location and we installed them there. In total, we spent about 2 weeks with 3 employees in Club Munch to assist there.
